As you walk into Casa Sirena the first impression will amaze you with the Pacific ocean views over Prieta beach, you will be welcomed at a spacious and relaxing decor Living, dining and kitchen area, with sense of family style open concept. A hidden, comfortable and cozy television room is placed next to the kitchen, located on the right wing of the home and it will take you to the laundry room & garage, as well as to two junior suites with ocean views, ensuite baths, terraces to enjoy the lovely views, and easy access to the pool and jacuzzy areas. The master bedroom located on the left wing of the home, is perfectly located, to be secluded and private, but not disconnected from the home, with an ensuite bathroom, and a spacious semi-private terrace with pool access and breathtaking views! And last but not least the fourth room, located as well on the left side of the home, with a garden view and ensuite bathroom.
In the main terrace you will find an infinity pool, a jacuzzi and bbq area with outdoor sitting, to enjoy the beautiful sunset sky colors!
